Bu araştırma bir üniversitenin Endüstri Ürünleri Tasarımı Bölümü (EÜTB) ve Hemşirelik Bölümünde (HB) öğrenim gören öğrencilerin hemşirelik bakım ürünleri tasarım uygulamalarına yönelik görüşlerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Çalışma bir üniversitede EÜTB ve HB’de öğrenim gören 83 öğrenci (HB =55, EÜTB =28) ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmanın ilk aşamasında EÜTB ve HB ile 2 gün süren (1.gün: teorik eğitim, 2.gün: uygulama) bir çalıştay gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalıştay sonrasında tasarım stüdyolarında haftada 2 saat uygulamalar 10 hafta boyunca devam etmiştir. Uygulamanın bitiminde öğrencilere ‘EÜTB ve HB’nin Hemşirelik Bakım Ürünleri Tasarım Uygulamalarına Yönelik Görüşlerinin Belirlenmesi Anket Formu uygulanmıştır. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde tanımlayıcı istatistikler ve ki-kare testi kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada öğrencilerin %96,4’ü tasarım uygulamalarının yeni ürün tasarımı konusunda fikir oluşturmada katkı sağladığını düşündüklerini ifade etmişlerdir. Sonuç olarak EÜTB ve HB öğrencilerinin yeni ürün tasarım konusunda işbirliği halinde çalışmalarının olumlu katkılarının olduğu belirlenmiştir.

This research presents the theoretical and experimental results in real time and suggests spatial models after reviewing the spatial modelling method, which has an important place in earth sciences. It also reveals the geological and geophysical descriptions of mathematical models, calculations and the ease with which one can interpret the results. U-238, Th-232 and K-40 concentrations are determined in water and bottom sediment samples taken from Keban Lake as a sample study area. The point cumulative semi-variogram (PCSV) method application helps to identify the range, distribution and transport of radionuclide at each sampling station. The well-known semi-variogram (SV) is used in many scientific studies. In this study, the SV methodologies are reviewed leading to the application of the PCSV method for the real-time data. The radionuclide distributions in the lake are revealed by means of ten regional models. In addition, iso-radioactivity maps are obtained to provide an overview of the medium radioactivity with characterizations of the transport, range and distribution of the three radionuclides in the lake. © 2019, Springer-Verlag GmbH Germany, part of Springer Nature.

Isoxazole and pyrazole derivatives have a wide range of biological activity and they are of great interest to medicinal chemist. In this study, the synthesis and characterization of a series of novel hybrid molecules containing pyrazole and isoxazole rings ((3aS,4S,4aR,7aS,8S,8aS)-6-(4-(1-acetyl-5-(4-(aryl/heteroaryl))-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)phenyl)-3-methyl-4,4 a,8,8a-tetrahydro-3-aH-4,8-methanoisoxazo-lo [4,5-A isoindole-5,7(6H,7aH)-dione derivatives) were reported.

Novel enamine derivatives were synthesized from the reaction of lactone and chalcones and their antiproliferative and cytotoxic activities against six cancer cell lines (e. g., HeLa, HT29, A549, MCF7, PC3 and Hep3B) and one normal cell lines (e. g., FL) were investigated along with their mode of interactions with CT-DNA. Most of the enamine derivatives with IC(50)values of 86-168 mu M demonstrated much stronger antiproliferative activity than the starting molecules against the cancer cells. While, among the enamine derivatives, four compounds displayed higher cytotoxic potency than the control drugs (5-fluorouracil and cisplatin) against the Hep3B cell lines, these compounds did not exhibit any significant toxicity against normal cells, FL. The UV/VIS spectral data suggest that eight compounds cause hypochromism with a slight bathochromic shift (similar to 6 nm), indicating that they bind to the DNA by way of an intercalative or minor groove binding mode. The binding constants of the compounds are in the range of 0.1x103 M-1-2.3x104 M-1. The antiproliferative activity of studied enamine derivatives could possibly be due to their DNA binding as well as their cytotoxic properties. In addition to these assays, the chalcones and enamine derivatives were investigated by molecular docking to calculate the synergistic effect of antiproliferative activities against six human cancer cell lines.
